The 74,000-capacity home of Manchester United was turned into a prayer and worship venue for the free event (advance registration required due to limited spaces).
Thousands of worshippers from across the UK and beyond attended for prayers, worship, and fellowship.
Demand exceeded available places, with some people turning to social media (especially TikTok) looking for spare tickets after registration closed. Many were willing to buy the tickets for any price.
Gospel ministers who performed or led worship included Mercy Chinwo, Dunsin Oyekan, Sunmisola Agbebi, and Kaestrings.
Photos and videos of the large crowd in the stadium circulated widely. Some reports noted Manchester United fans reacting online (often with humour or hope about the team). This follows earlier large NSPPD events, such as one at Twickenham Stadium in 2024.
