Former Kogi State Governor, Yahaya Bello, has picked the nomination form of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the 2027 general elections.
He is set to contest for the Kogi Central senatorial seat.
The former governor is said to have emerged as the party’s consensus candidate for the contest after receiving the forms on Saturday.

Bello is expected to face the incumbent senator, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
