The video of a a Mallam coconut seller caught washing the slices of coconut in gutter water has sparked public outrage.
The yet to be identified Mallam was spotted with heaps of coconut, in a tray some on the sandy roadside by the gutter while washing others right in the horrible stagnant gutter water.
