Tenant Laments Bad Orchid Road Water after Paying N2 Million Rent, N350,000 Service Charge (video)

A disgruntled Lekki tenant has voiced out his anger over the poor quality of water coming from the taps in his Lekki home, despite paying ₦2 million in rent and an annual service charge of ₦350,000.

The man shared his experience in a video posted on TikTok, where he lamented the condition of the water, which he likened to tea.

In the video, he said, “Look at this house, look at the water. This is a house where someone pays ₦2 million in rent and ₦350,000 as service charge every year. I just hope this is tea so I can buy bread and drink it.”

He voiced his disappointment, questioning the justification for such exorbitant payments when the water quality in the house was so poor.
