Nigerian TikTok star Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, and his wife, Elizabeth Amadou (also known as Jarvis), have been gifted a brand-new mansion in Abuja valued at ₦400 million as a wedding present from real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho.
The announcement was made during the couple’s lavish white wedding ceremony in Lagos. The event, attended by celebrities, content creators, business leaders and family members, saw Ochacho — founder of Ochacho Real Homes — take the stage to present the gift on behalf of his family.
“On behalf of my children, I am presenting a brand new house for you worth ₦400 million in Abuja. Congratulations, Peller,” he declared, drawing loud applause from the guests. Videos of the emotional moment, showing the couple embracing amid the celebrations, quickly went viral on social media.
Ochacho explained that he and his family had travelled from Abuja for the occasion because Peller serves as an inspiration to his sons. After consulting them, they decided the newlyweds deserved a mansion near one of his properties (referred to as Palace 7) in the Life Camp area of Abuja, where houses of that quality start at no less than ₦400 million.
The generous gift fulfils an earlier public pledge. Months ago, at the wedding of music executive Soso Soberekon, Ochacho had invited Peller to his own wedding and promised financial support — telling him he would send “six zeros” (millions) and collecting his phone number.
Peller and Jarvis’s path to the altar began with a proposal in June 2026 at La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Ghana. They completed traditional marriage rites in Benin City, Edo State (where the bride price was paid), held a civil/court wedding in Lagos on 29 July 2026, and celebrated their white wedding in Lagos shortly afterward.
The multimillion-naira mansion gift has been widely celebrated as one of the standout moments of what many are calling one of the biggest influencer weddings of the year.
