Real estate entrepreneur King Mohamed Adah, popularly known as King Ochacho, has formally presented the documents for a ₦400 million mansion in Abuja to content creator Habeeb Hamzat, known as Peller.
The handover took place on Friday, August 7, 2026, days after Ochacho announced the property as a wedding gift during Peller’s marriage ceremony to Elizabeth Amadou (Jarvis) on August 1.
The presentation was conducted in the presence of music executive Soso Soberekon, Peller’s lawyers and others, with video footage circulating online showing the exchange.
During the event, Ochacho displayed a payment receipt confirming ₦400 million he has personally paid the money to the company for the property. He also presented a letter of allocation and a power of attorney for a five-bedroom fully detached duplex with a boy’s quarter and penthouse located in the Life Camp area of Abuja.
Ochacho signed the documents and handed them over to Peller, stating the house would be ready within 60 days and fully furnished at no additional cost to the recipient.
Ochacho described the gesture as unconditional. “The house is for free! No be say them call you for back to do advert or anything. It’s for free! You are the first person we are giving a house,” he said. He added that Peller had not yet seen the full extent of support he would receive and predicted further gifts, including potentially a property in London from his sons.
The mansion was first publicly announced by Ochacho at the couple’s wedding reception in Lagos, where he stated it was presented on behalf of his children. He later described the ₦400 million value as “small money” equivalent to ₦400 in the context of his business and family, while promising larger gifts in the future.
Some earlier online discussions raised questions about the precise nature of the ownership transfer, with varying interpretations of the documents involved. However, the formal presentation of the allocation letter, power of attorney, and payment receipt proceeded as shown in circulating videos from the Friday event.
Peller has publicly expressed appreciation for the gift. The development continues to generate significant attention on social media amid ongoing conversations about high-profile celebrity gifts in Nigeria’s entertainment and business circles.
