What to Know about Rita Dominic’s Husband, Fidelis Anosike

Popular actress, Rita Dominic, yesterday did her traditional marriage with her husband, Fidelis Anosike. This came after her friends and fellow actresses hosted her to a bridal bridal shower.

The traditional wedding took place in Rita’s home state, Imo on April 19, 2022 with all the trappings of a fairytale ceremony.

Rita was seen in a number of Igbo traditional dresses comprising that of a young maiden and later, the double wrapper and blouse as would a married Igbo woman.

Age actress’s husband Fidelis Anosike is the publisher of Daily Times, one of Nigeria’s oldest newspapers. He is also the founder of a Folio Media Group, a multimedia company located in Nigeria.

Folio Media Group, is said to be the current parent-company of Daily Times Nigeria; a company founded in 1926. 

Reports say that Fidelis’ company also organises events like; the Miss Nigeria pageant, The Times Heros Award, and Nigeria our Heritage Grand book.

56-year-old Anosike from Umueri, Anambra State, was born in 1966. He graduated from the Creative Arts of the University of Benin. He then went on to study Applied and Fine Arts and finished with a second-class upper-division in 1990.

Anosike also attended the prestigious Harvard Business School in the United States.

Withe a net worth is estimated at $2 million, the down-to-earth Igbo man, the newly wed is also said to own an array of luxury cars and houses but prefers to live a quiet life

However, Daily Trust reports that in 2018, Fidelis and his brother, Mr Noel Anosike, were charged to court by the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) on allegations of acquiring Daily Times through fraudulent means.

The FG alleged that he and his brother did not follow the legal process when buying the local newspaper.
