Marriage of Chief Air Staff and Humanitarian Affairs Minister

Reports have emerged of the marriage of the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar and the Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development Minister, Hajia Sadiya Umar Farouq.

The news comes one year after rumours of Farouq’s purported marriage to President Muhammadu Buhari.

Daily Trust reports that the wedding Fatiha took place on Friday, 18th September, 2020 at the Maitama Juma’a Mosque in Abuja.

The reports say that “it is true that the Chief of Air Staff and the Humanitarian Affairs Minister have gotten married.

“Very few people were invited to the wedding Fatiha because the couple and those close to them didn’t want to popularise the issue.

Another report says that hay have both been dating for a while: “they have both been in a relationship for a whiled what happened on Friday has put to rest, all speculations about her (@Sadiya_Farouq) relationship with President Muhammadu Buhari.

Reports of The Humanitarian Affairs’ marriage to the President in October lat year was strongly denied by the presidency.
