The executive members of the Nigerian Guild of Editors (NGE) conveyed their sincere condolences to Mr. Ray Ekpu, the former Editor-in-Chief/Chief Executive Officer of Newswatch Magazine, on the passing of his wife, Mrs. Uyai Ekpu.
The visit which took place on Friday, marked by a solemn moment of solidarity, took place at the Ekpu residence in Magodo GRA, Lagos.
Among those present to convey their sympathies were Mr. Eze Anaba, President of the NGE and Editor of Vanguard Newspaper; Vice President, West of NGE and Editor of the Weekend Title (Saturday & Sunday) Guardian Newspaper, Dr. Kabir Alabi Garba, and Mr. Gabriel Akinadewo, Assistant General Secretary of NGE and Editor-in-Chief of Freedom Online.
