Egg stew ! Budget friendly

Sooooo, today, I served and served and served until all the stew and meat got finished.

4 sets of visitors so what do you expect ?

Was real fun cooking, serving, gisting, laughing. Had so much fun that I forgot to eat or reserve something for myself.

Was I hungry when the last set of guests left ? You can say that again !

Thanks to my friend, afoodiejournal, within minutes, I fixed a very simple budget friendly dinner.

The interesting part is that it costs not more than N1,100 to make this sauce.

Eggs: 3 for N100
Fish: N800
Pepper mix: N200 .

Egg stew can be eaten with anything but I mostly have mine with any of Pasta, white rice, potatoes, yam or bread 😍💃🏽 .

INGREDIENTS
• Raw eggs (fry into chunks ans set it aside)
• Pepper mix
• Mackerel fish
• Adobo all purpose seasoning
• Maggi crayfish seasoning
• Olive oil .

Its very easy and turns out excellent always. .
