A CCTV camera has captured the moment a device thief stole a MacBook laptop worth N800,000 from a dealer’s store.
The thief monitored and confirmed that the sales staff was busy on her phone, took the device, hid it under his shirt and walked casually out of the shop.
In the widely shared video, the store owner was heard confirming that the suspected thief had taken advantage of the salesgirl, who was preoccupied with her phone, and planned how to grab the laptop, conceal it, and leave with it.
