A woman has been apprehended after she stole and swallowed N1.5 million worth of gold jewellery at a store.
She reportedly swallowed the jewellery to make it easy for her to exit the store without being caught.
Unknown to her, the CCTV and prying eyes of shop attendants caught her in the act.
During interrogation, she was heard begging the person filming not to post the video on Facebook.
“Please sir, you too have children. Please, don’t post me on Facebook,” she pleaded in Yoruba.
