Nollywood actress, Annie Idibia, has come under attack for her involvement in the ongoing marital crisis between Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels and her estranged husband, Ned Nwoko.
Ned and Regina’s marital crisis took a new turn on Wednesday, November 12, when the senator’s Moroccan wife, Laila Charani, shared a post detailing her experience with the movie star.
According to Charani, she almost lost her marriage to Nwoko six years ago because Regina introduced her to drugs.
The North African former model made the revelation while responding to a claim by the actress that she had given her money in the past.
Countering the claim, Laila called Regina a liar insisting she never got money from Regina, adding that both of them should show Nigerians their bank accounts to ‘see who is paying money to their accounts.’
Speaking via Instagram, Laila also said the only reason Regina is fighting their husband is because he wants the actress to stop her alleged “drug and alcohol addiction.”
According to Laila, Ned has always been clear that he would never accept any wife who drinks, smokes or uses drugs as he completely hates the habits and does not indulge in them.
Surprisingly, 2Baba’s estranged wife, Annie, was spotted among the social media users who liked Charani’s post.
However, many people expressed displeasure over Annie’s actions, with many fans of Regina criticising her and recalling how the latter stood by her following her separation from 2Baba.
