The spokesperson of Nigeria Police Force, Benjamin Hundeyin has responded after a lady sent him a text message demanding the arrest of her boyfriend.
Hundeyin shared a screenshot of the text message from the aggrieved boyfriend.
In the text message, the girlfriend said she has a case and longs for her boyfriend to be locked up for weeks or months.
Reacting to the message, Hundeyin said the police is a law-abiding agency which doesn’t lock people up without legal basis.
