Serah Ibrahim explained that the moment was captured while they were on their way to the funeral ceremony of Mrs. Nkechi Winifred.
She said Peter Obi ended up giving some money to the old woman after the products she wanted to go and sell poured on the ground.
“Peter Obi asked her the cost of the produce and she said it was around N8,000 and she’d sell them all for around N10,000 making a small profit of about N2,000”.
