Singer, Davido has replied a fan who accused him of promoting cultism in one of his posts.
The exchange took place on X.
The fan, who says he’s a supporter of the singer, expressed disappointment, stating that Davido was “overdoing” and “actively encouraging and promoting cultism.”
“I love Davido and all that. But I’ll say it again, he’s always overdoing at times. Today he’s actively encouraging and promoting cultism. Smh. Omooo.”
He also called out other die-hard fans for constantly defending the singer, even when he does what he described as “nonsense.”
“As for una wey be real fan, make una continue dey defend some nonsense shey ee gbo.”
But Davido gave a quick and blunt reply:
“That one nah ur papa business.”
