Popular music artistes, Oniyide Azeez aka Zinoleesky and Mohbad (Ilerioluwa Oladimeji) were, in the very early hours of today, Thursday, arrested by operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).
They were arrested by the drug law agency who stormed their Lekki, Victoria Island, Lagos residence.
According to eyewitness reports and video footage uploaded to Instagram, the agents who reportedly stormed the building without arrest warrants, were seen hitting the artistes with clubs and forcing them into a waiting bus.
The entire scene was chaotic as some ladies who were with the artistes at the time of the arrest were heard screaming and condemning the violence meted out on the music stars.
They demanded to sight the operatives’ search and arrest warrant but they were seen threatening to shoot the women as they forced the music artistes into a waiting bus.
