A young Nigerian man who obtained a loan from an online loan app has taken to social media to share his bitter experience.
The man was upset after the loan app he was owing sent out his photo and unprintable messages to his contacts.

He (@mrhova) said that the loan app should have reached him for a better photo before they sent one out.
As the man spoke about how he came to owe the loan app, he shared a screenshot of the messages the company sent to his contacts in a desperate bid to recover the money.
According to him, he took the loan because he wanted to help his friend, whose vehicle had been towed. He added that by the time his friend returned the money, interests had already accrued.
In his words: “Dem dey mount pressure on me, on top how much? N13,000.” The man stated that he observed people are always pressured into taking one loan to offset another. He said that salary earners are often the easiest victims.
He captioned his clip: “Why I no fo nah say I been dey owe over 400k and I’ve spent the last 3 months clearing it and now e don remain peanut and plus I been scare one loan app then see how dem fear leeemaooooo.”
