The lawmaker representing Suleja/Tafa and Gurara Federal Constituency in the house of representatives, Hon Abubakar Lado Suleja, Tuesday, shared N50 million cash as ramadan hand outs to his constituents.
Varying sums were shared, ranging from N1 million, N500 thousand to N200 thousand.
A source quotes the lawmaker who is also an aspiring Governorship candidate in the 2023 elections as saying that “It was necessary for him to pay loyalty with royalty.”
The source added that, “He said the money was to thank his people for their patience and loyalty. He said he particularly chose the Ramadan period to be able to repay them in full. The cash disbursements were given to beneficiaries as follows: N1 million, N500,000, N300,000 and N200,000.”
The money is said not to be targeted at any empowerment scheme or economic project but the lawmaker requested photographers to capture the moments for him on camera.

Recall that Earlier last week Hon Lado Suleja via his Facebook Account Made the declaration to distribute to his political loyalist, followers and well wishers the Sum of 50 Million in his ways to appreciate them and Build their businesses.
The Beneficiaries cut across His constituency Gurara, Tafa and Suleja Federal constituency and Even cut across other Local government benefited Ranging from 1million, 500 thousand and 200 thousand respectively.
He further urge them to use this this privilege in building themselves and be self reliant in making good use of it, he further said that more opportunities come their ways insha Allah.
Remembered that 30 Million was Distributed to over 3,000 Households in His constituency last two weeks, 60 Students were offered scholarship last week and have began studies with immediate effects.
