A female X user, @chubbiediva, who accused popular Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye, better known as Rudeboy, has allegedly been arrested after she accused him weeks ago of being a r*pist and abusing a minor.
The controversy stated on the 23rd of September when photos of Paul’s wife, Ifeoma, was shared on X as she celebrated her 25th birthday.
An X user then left a comment under a post, stating that Paul cheated on his former wife, Anita, with their maid.
Reacting to the said comment, @chubbiediva alleged that Paul r*ped/coerced the maid. She further alleged that the singer sent his wife and sister in-law out of the house after he was caught.
Some members of the public eventually saw the tweet and called on the singer to take action so as to clear his name.
Paul at the time vowed to use everything within his power, to ensure the X user faces the law.
And now, true to his word, he effected her arrest and will be dragging her to court.
An X user, @salako who pushed for the singer to ensure the X user faced the law, gave an update on his X handle this afternoon.
According to the X user, the accuser fled the country after making the claim but was eventually arrested on November 6 and will be charged to court soon.
