There is jubilation as the Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry, Rev Fr Ejike Mbaka reappeared 24 hours after he was alleged to have been abducted n Enugu.
He is said to have returned in a vehicle, a few minutes past 2:00pm with his supporters chanting, “Father Mbaka, Oh ! you are home !”
He later alighted from the vehicle to rejoice with his supporters.
The vocal Reverend Father is reported to have been abducted while conducting early morning mass on Tuesday morning.
When he reappeared after after about 24 hours hours, his supporters struggled to catch a glimpse of him to confirm if indeed he was the one.
On sighting him, many echoed, “He is the one. A saw Father Mbaka.”
“He is back ! is it a crime to seek the truth ? Nothing must happen to him,” one said.
President-General of OYC Mazi Okwu Nnabuike who disclosed his disappearance in a statement said that, “We have it on good authority that his aids have neither seen him nor heard from him since Tuesday.
“Calls put to his mobile line have also remained unanswered; this now prompted us to issue this alarm as we would not take it lightly should anything untoward happen to him,” he said.
