Lere Olayinka, the senior special adviser on media to the former governor of Rivers State and FCT minister, Nyesom Wike, has accused activist Omoyele Sowore of funding his son’s expensive education in the United States through alleged blackmail and questionable grants.
In a post on X, Olayinka revealed that Sowore’s 14-year-old son, Komi, attends the prestigious Dwight-Englewood School in New Jersey, where tuition costs amount to about $54,605 (₦85m) per term. This, according to him, totals $163,815 (₦250m) per annum, excluding other charges.
