Popular Nollywood actor Don Richard has opened up about how his wife suddenly abandoned him and the events that followed their separation.
In an interview posted on the official YouTube channel of Biola Adebayo Ent the actor recounted how his marriage hit a rough patch, resulting in his wife moving out of their matrimonial home for an entire year.
Richard stated that he never forced his wife to leave, contrary to rumors. “I didn’t chase my wife out of the house, but I know that she will surely have her own excuses,” he explained, hinting that there were underlying issues only his wife could fully explain.
Despite her absence, Richard revealed that he remained faithful during that period. “She left her loads in my house after she left, and I didn’t allow any other woman to visit my house throughout that period,” he said, underscoring his commitment to the marriage even while it was strained.
The actor recalled how his wife eventually returned, not to reconcile, but to collect her belongings. “My wife left my house for one year, but she came back with her brother to pack her loads,” he said, describing the moment that marked the end of their cohabitation.
