Veteran Nollywood actor Bob-Manuel Udokwu has broken his silence after false reports of his d3ath circulated online.

Speaking on the With Chude Podcast, Udokwu added that the misleading report included a doctored image showing his head on another person’s body lying on a hospital bed.
The fabricated story claimed that he had passed away.
He said the image was created by taking some of his older photographs, editing them, and placing them on the body in the picture, then spreading the story as if it were real.
Udokwu expressed frustration over the situation but stated that his children advised him not to go to the police or the DSS to track down the origin of the false news, suggesting it would be better to ignore it rather than seek revenge.
He said: “My children were the ones who saw the news before I did, and they came to tell me about it.
“They took my head and placed it on a body lying on a hospital bed. They used some of my old photographs, pasted them in the right places, and wrote that I had d!ed.
“My children, especially my daughter, told me not to go to the police or the DSS to find the person responsible and make them pay. They advised me to leave it alone.”
