A gruesome armed robbery attacked just happened at Iwo Road, Ibadan, Oyo State.
An armed policeman attached to a bullion van has been killed. An Okada rider was also shot and is struggling for his life.
The robbers are said to have carted away an undisclosed sum of money from the van after forcing the vehicle to stop by shooting the tyres.
A stray bullet hit an elderly man who appears disoriented.
Many drivers abandoned their vehicles to flee for their lives leaving a heavy traffic gridlock on the ever busy road.
