Fire is currently razing a block of 4 flats in the highbrow Dolphin Estate, Ikoyi, Lagos.
Residents have converged on the streets and courtyards waiting for first responders.
It is not yet certain if anyone is trapped in any of the flats but emergency rescue is needed urgently.
