Ossai Success, an aide to the Delta State Governor, has condemned Chioma Adeleke over the outfit she wore to the 2026 Grammy Awards.
Chioma arrived with her husband Davido to the award event in Los Angeles.
She wore a black dress with a sheer fabric and flower cut-offs protecting her modesty.
Reacting to the dress, Ossai wrote on Facebook: “I am disappointed in Chioma Davido’s dressing: She shouldn’t have been half naked to Grammy
“She didn’t represent Nigerian culture well, embracing a half naked revealing Western style instead.
“As a role model to many Nigerian young ladies, her dressing internationally will negatively influence them.
“I also expected Davido to guide her better.
“Cultural representation matters, and it’s crucial.
“I am disappointed in Davido for allowing her to dress this way. I am really disappointed.”
