Philanthropist and popular singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido has offered to sponsor a young boy who scored A1 in all his WAEC subjects but was unable to further his education because his parents are poor.
The brilliant student has been home since getting his result in 2021 but the singer got wind of it and has signalled interest in the case.
Taking to his Twitter account, Davido on Wednesday, asked members of the public for help in locating the young Ghanaian boy identified as Morro Suleyman.
The sad story was shared on Twitter by Nana Yaw who appealed to kind-hearted people to come to the boy’s aide.
He explained that with A1 in all his WAEC papers, Suleyman was the best student at Sunyani SHS in 2021 but due to financial constraints, he’s still at home.
Following the disclosure, Davido has asked for help in locating the boy.
Reacting to a publication on the boy’s predicament, Davido wrote: “who can please find this boy for me?”
