The Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT), Danladi Umar was late this afternoon caught on camera slapping a security guard at the Banex Plaza in Wuse, Abuja.
He was seen in a video shared by Sahara Reporters angrily scolding and rough handling the yet to be identified security personnel.
Unable to control his anger even when the security guard made an effort to advise him to exercise restraint, he began to kick the security guard and wanted to deal him more blows before the police officers attached to him restrained him.
Danladi Umar was then forced into his vehicle by the police officers, an action that did not go well with bystanders who felt the security guard ws not treated like a human being.
The irate crowd that gathered threw stones at his vehicle, breaking the back windscreen while the gate of the premises was sealed off by an unarmed person.
Th crowd was also overheard booing the CCT Chairman as he made to get away.
