Bandits have abducted at least 100 persons in Kebbi state.
This is as they also killed a mother, baby and several others on Tuesday evening.
The incident happened at Dan Muntari village in Danko-Wasagu Local Government Area of Kebbi State.
Among those k!lled was a woman who had given birth just two weeks earlier, along with her newborn baby.
The incident was disclosed on Thursday in a post by security analyst, Bakatsine on X.
“On Tuesday evening, bandits attacked Dan Muntari village in Danko Wasagu LGA, Kebbi State. They k!lled many people, including a woman who had given birth just two weeks earlier and her newborn baby. They also abducted at least 100 people,” Bakatsine wrote.
As of the time of filing this report, authorities are yet to release an official statement on the attack.
