Uche Chukwurah, a 22-year-old woman, was reportedly abducted after boarding a Keke Napep in Asaba, the capital of Delta State.
Activist, Harison Gwamnishu, disclosed this on his IG page this morning November 1, stating that Uche had closed form work on the said day and was returning home when she boarded a bus in Ibusa junction in Asaba.

However, Uche hasn’t been seen or heard from since then.
He disclosed that Uche’s family has been contacted by the kidnappers and a ransom has been demanded.
The post:
22-year-old Uche Chukwurah closed from work on Wednesday, 29th October 2025, and boarded a keke around Ibusa Junction, Asaba — but she never made it home.
That same night, her abductors contacted the family, demanding a ransom. Uche is still being held captive, as her father cannot afford the amount they are asking for.
At this point, one can only wonder — how careful can anyone truly be to avoid falling into the hands of these criminals?
Too many report of missing persons and kidnapped cases.
